This is an exciting 8 hour full day guided tour through the countryside of Southern Burgundy. Start your day hiking on the Solutré Rock set in the middle of the Pouilly Fuissé vineyards. Enjoy a panoramic view of the area and understand its geology. Or if you prefer not to do a lot of hiking and climbing, take a scenic drive through the stone-built villages, learning along the way about the rocks, history and wines of these verdant hills.

Wine tasting in the Chardonnay

Then it’s time to taste a couple of a excellent Chardonnay wines. Let’s pick up our picnic of fresh, local produce and find a lovely spot to sit down and relax in the countryside. Or we could have lunch in a local restaurant.

After lunch, enjoy a visit of the chateau de Cormatin, jewel of the Renaissance, conducted by your private guide and stroll in the lovely gardens.

Fixed fee for full day transportation in 9 seater minivan with English speaking driver/guide: 590€
Wine tasting, Picnic or lunch in a local restaurant, visit of the Chateau de Cormatin : 60€ per person
